Your export procedures do not provide enough information for me to know if my export was delivered to someone else. Also, I cannot determine where the heck my save went to. You need to make this system more user friendly by providing information to someone that has never used this system. You are operating on the basis of what your staff knows, not what the customer knows. Having an instruction manual would help. At this rate, you may lose me as a customer at year’s end.
