When I’m writing an episode I’ll often introduce characters with the intent for them to only be there once. As the story progresses I find that this character would make a great addition to the reoccuring cast, or I realize that I’ll need them to return. I’d love to be able to add them to the show bible from the element sidebar as I’m working on a script.
