I prefer to turn off automatic character continueds (CONT’D) because it isn’t needed when there is dialogue broken by a bit of action . Thus, it is not continuous dialogue, but the program puts it in. There should be a way to be able to manually add the CONT’D when the setting is turned off.
Manual (CONT’D) can be added after a character name by hitting space and typing ( to launch the auto-completer popup.
