Include Table Read as part of the subscription#864

I was able to get a full Pro subscription again for Arc Studio, but was so disappointed to see that Table Read wasn’t available anymore unless I stumped up more money for credits. Can it not be included in the subscription?

Unfortunately, this does not work out economically. We are currently still selling the service below cost. We will do our best to keep this affordable, though.
