I’m requesting that the arrows used to click through changes, and the toggle to turn changes on and off, be moved away from one another.
The arrows are tiny tiny, and right next to the toggle. As a result, I often click changes off while I’m reviewing them. That takes a few seconds to load, then I need to turn them back on, whichi takes a few seconds to load, and then I need to change the base snapshot, which takes a few seconds to load. It’s frustrating and annoying and interrupts a process that should move quite quickly.
It could potentially be solved by simply moving the arrows and the changes on/off toggle away from one another, maybe to either side of the word “changes”. If you click the word, it only opens a dropdown, which is a much smaller penalty for missing your mouse target by a couple pixels.
My writing partner also has this problem. I’m not alone! Our process involves passing the script back and forth, so we’re constantly reviewing changes.
