When using the FDX file in FINAL Draft the Beats aren’t orgnized by their column identifier (Act1, act 2, etc,) and then imported, instead of being organized downward in the Final draft beat board they get pulled in and organized in a horizontal fashion. I suspect there’s some XML tags which tell final draft where and how to organize these. As is, the import causes major work to get the beats organized back into their correct columns.
